What happens once I submit my order online?
A licensed medical doctor reviews your medical information and either approves or declines your order. If approved, the doctor issues a prescription and sends it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via one of the courier companies. Your prescription includes information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information of your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in the event that you have any questions after you receive your medication.
When your order is shipped, the courier tracking number is sent to you via e-mail. You can track your order's progress online 24/7/365.

How does an online consultation work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam, but rather completes a Health Form which is an online questionnaire reviewed by a medical doctor before the order is approved.
Although online consultations do not replace a complete physical examination by a doctor, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam. We do not charge for online consultation.
Is online ordering legal?
Pro-Medics.com only offers medicines that can be prescribed from online consultations. The orders are reviewed by licensed medical doctors. Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medication to all countries in the world and employ licensed pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers.
What prescription medications do you dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. The medications offered on our web site do not require a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history is sufficient.
What are the shipping rates and policies?
Pro Medics ships internationally to almost every country. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped by EMS or, for an additional charge, by USPS/registered airmail for an additional charge. Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy – Can I return my medication for a refund?
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message.
How do I get a free bonus for re-ordering?
If you have already made a purchase with Pro Meics , you will have to log in with your selected username and password. The free bonuses are automatically added to your order.
Why is the medication I received a different shape and color than my last order?
Branded medication should be identical in appearance. Generic versions are manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies using their own colors and shapes.
